Confirmation of Registration
Upon receiving your completed Registration Form and confirming your remittance for registration, the Organizing Committee will send you a receipt, with your registration number. Please keep the receipt and present in to the Registration Desk to receive Congress materials. |

Registration Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and confirmed by the Congress Secretariat in writing. Cancellations received before August 31, 2005 shall be charged a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 1 but before September 30, 2005 shall be refunded with 50% of the total registration fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after October 1, 2005. All refunds will be sent after the Congress. |
